1. Scope & Acceptance

By using the Arkano platform, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are specifically designed to comply with local laws in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (e.g., SUDEBAN regulations concerning crypto-assets where applicable, Consumer Protection Laws) while maintaining international enforceability globally.

2. Nature of the Service

The Arkano service is for entertainment and esoteric consultation purposes only. The LLM-generated tarot readings are not intended to serve as professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. The platform disclaims any liability arising from decisions made based on these readings.

3. Financial Transactions & Wallets

• Payments can be processed via fiat (e.g., Stripe, Pago Movil), bank transfers, or cryptocurrency (e.g., Binance Pay).
• All completed transactions (via Credit Card, Pago Móvil, or Cryptocurrency) and all issued credits are strictly and absolutely NON-refundable. Arkano does not grant full or partial refunds under any circumstances due to the digital and instantaneous nature of the service.
• In accordance with Venezuelan regulations on electronic transactions and decentralized payments, all users assume full responsibility for the transfers they send, including the accuracy of amounts and reference numbers / TxHashes.

4. Accounts & Security

• Users must create an account to store reading histories and access credits.
• Arkano reserves the right to suspend or ban users (managed via the Admin Panel) who abuse the free-reading mechanisms or engage in fraudulent payment behaviors.

5. Privacy Policy

• Arkano stores your tarot queries, email, and authentication data.
• User data is not sold to third parties. We employ Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring that your divination queries and results remain private to your account or authorized system routines.
